In Committee from the House of Commons Industry, Science and Technology (March 1, 2011)Industry Minister Tony Clement discussed the CRTC’s decision to implement Internet usage-based billing for smaller service providers. CRTC chair Konrad W. von Finckenstein announced during his February 3rd appearance before the same committee that the commission would be reviewing its controversial ruling. The government has said that it would intervene if the CRTC does not reverse its decision.
