Sims 3
The very first time I ever played The Sims, I wasn’t really invested in my characters. Sure, it was sort of a second life experience for myself, but it wasn't really up my alley, gaming wise. So instead, I toyed around with the fun things you could do in the game. For me, that meant isolating my character on a beautiful house surrounded by a moat with no exit. He had everything he could ever want, great areas to lounge, a big TV, and all the fun he could ever want. I just never put a single bathroom in his mansion. Instead, every single toilet was lined up around the perimeter of the moat, sort of like a porcelain Great Wall. Antoine never made it out alive. I've set up a fund in his honor, and donations of course can be made out to me. But hey! Sims 3 is coming out February 2009, so whether you play it for fun, or because you have slightly anti social and sadistic tendencies, well there's no denying that it truly is a game for the whole family. The new Sims game promises to no longer have any loading times, and you'll thus have control of the entire community giving the game a much stronger sense of reality. The town will open up whole areas of activities for your Sims to participate in. You can also bring a new layer of detail to your own Sims characters, which means that creating a more muscular and handsome version of yourself will be both easy and attainable. Just make sure you don't forget to put a toilet in the house.
