首相、ストレステストが再開条件か明言せず
参院予算委の集中審議が７日に行われ、野党側は、全国で停止している原発の運転を再開するには「ストレステスト」の実施が前提条件となるのかどうか、政府の見解をただした。これに対し、菅首相は、再開の前提条件となるかどうかについては明言を避けた。
