政府建議醫生律師專業免受商品說明條例監管
政府建議擴大商品說明條例適用範圍至銷售服務，物業交易、金融服務、醫生及律師等專業均獲豁免條例監管。 對於近年有不少美容行業以醫生名義提供服務，商務及經濟發展局局長劉吳惠蘭表示，醫生行業本身有專業團體負責規管，最嚴重可以被除牌，已有足夠阻嚇力。 對於諮詢文件，只建議對旅遊會籍銷售及上門推銷，設有冷靜期，劉吳惠蘭表示，預繳式消費是營商策略，若商戶貨真價實提供服務是沒有問題，若果將所有服務都設有冷靜期，會增加營商成本。 海關關長袁銘輝表示，日後會透過巡查及「放蛇」等方法去搜證及執法。
