譚耀宗：民建聯支持政改方案 積極研究本地立法內容
民建聯舉行中委會，主席譚耀宗表示，中委會支持政府提出的一人兩票方案，因為大部分香港市民都希望政制有進步，民建聯認為方案能從整體利益及市民願望出發，認為現時議案與原先的沒有分別，只在本地立法層面上，在區議會引入一人兩票方式，民建聯表示支持，會在日後積極研究本地立法的內容。 譚耀宗又說，民主需要包容及妥協，今次政改議案得到通過，標誌著本港邁向普選的開始。
