ひったくり防止カバー「くるみちゃん」公開
警視庁は、「ひったくり防止キャンペーン」の一環で、自転車のカゴに取り付けるカバー「くるみちゃん」を作り、１５日に公開。都内のひったくりの約４割は、自転車のカゴからカバンなどを奪われる被害だという。今月下旬から都内の警察署などで２万個を配布。
