Special Agent Lam is on a hunt for plates used to make counterfeit U.S. money. However his mission gets tangled when interrupted by JJ, a beautiful thief with a hidden agenda.  After fighting off a team of men wanting to kill him, Lam tricks JJ out of the plates and returns them safely to the U.S. Embassy. But when Owen, a backstabbing staff member, steals the plates and runs off to Korea, Lam calls on his sexy female assistants for backup. Together they chase after Owen but encounter a much more dangerous threat when they meet "Black Bear" (James Kim), the leader of the counterfeit organization. JJ also returns for the plates but this time Lam and JJ decide to team up and split the reward.
