Sprouting
Reviewer’s Note: Sprouting (growing your own sprouts) is a fun and healthy way to getting started on a raw food diet. The raw food coach Karen Knowler, shows us how get started on growing one’s own sprouts and the things that are needed for it. Pure or tap water could be used for rinsing the seeds because the seeds won’t be sitting in them. The jar with the seeds/beans is then left to sit. Twenty four hours from when it was filled with water to sprout, the seeds should be rinsed and drained (thoroughly) again. This leads to washing off, of the toxins released by the seed and at the sa...
