This was made using Terraria v1.0.3 in about 8~10 hours, including mining time. I used no tricks to make this. I actually mined a LOT of clay to make all the red brick walls, gold for the candles and chandeliers, etc. The Golden Chamber’s walls and bricks are actually mined out of floating island shrines, dunno if that counts as a trick :P. The Golden Chamber is my character's bedroom, and above it is his storage. Each chest holds a category of item. I needed my personal quarters to look different and superior, so I made them larger, above the whole castle and made completely of gold.
