東京マラソンスイミング 東京・お台場海浜公園
東京都港区のお台場海浜公園沖で２０日、「東京マラソンスイミング」が開かれた（日本水連主催）。五輪の正式種目にもなっているオープン・ウォーター・スイミングのデモンストレーションで、２０１６年の五輪招致をアピール。バルセロナ五輪２００ｍ平泳ぎ金メダリスト岩崎恭子さんも「頑張って」と選手たちを激励した。普段は遊泳が禁止されている海域に特別コースを設け、国内男女約７０人のスイマーが１．５ｋｍを泳いだ。
