Bush warns Congress on war funding
President Bush warned Congress about sending him a war funding bill that includes timetables for troop withdrawals. Congress is expected to vote on war funding legislation this week. Democrats have attached to the bill a 2008 timetable for troop withdrawals, and Bush has vowed the bill if passed will be vetoed.
