Wonderfully simple dish of roasted green beans and carrots glazed wiwth balsamic vinegar and honey. Roasting green beans is an unusual but nice way to prepare them and a change from the standard boiling, sauteing or steaming. They do lose some of their color due to the cooking technique, but the taste is so intense and dramatic it makes up for it.  Also, with the orange of the carrots mixed in the dish is quite attractive albeit somewhat rustic.
