南スーダン誕生 アフリカ５４番目の独立国
アフリカ・スーダンの南部が９日に独立し、南スーダン共和国が誕生した。首都・ジュバでは、市民たちがアフリカで５４番目となる独立国家の誕生を祝った。ただ、南北どちらに属するかがまだ決まっていない地域もあり、紛争の火種はくすぶっている。
