Global TEDx Director, Producer, Performer Before becoming TEDs licensing director in 2007, Lara Stein was deeply involved in broadband entertainment programming, animation and interactive Web development while serving in senior management posts at Nelvana Entertainment, Microsofts MSN online entertainment division, and interactive and web development agency iXL. Prior to Microsoft, she was the director of interactive publishing and licensing for Marvel Comics.
