「天空の山城」、雲海に浮かぶ 兵庫・朝来の竹田城跡
雲海が２８日早朝、兵庫県朝来市和田山町の古城山（標高３５３メートル）の山頂にある遺構「竹田城跡」（国史跡）の周辺で広がった。 雲海は夜間に雲が少なく、放射冷却によって上空と地表の温度差が大きくなった早朝、大気中の水蒸気が霧状の雲となって現れる。竹田城跡のふもとを流れる円山川から朝霧が立ち上り、山すそは幻想的な雰囲気に包まれた。
