A Summerdale woman says she was fondled by a man posing as a Social Security Administration officer Pamela Thrailkill says a man claiming to be an officer with the Social Security Administration sexually assaulted her. Thrailkill says the man called her and said he needed to come to her house to discuss her disability claim and take medical reports.   Thrailkill let the man inside her mobile home and says he asked her to stand up so he could take measurements then fondled her breasts. Thrailkill says her dog sensed something was wrong and tried to bite the suspect, who then left.
