尹光：「我從幾歲的時候就入行了，迄今已經超過五十年，我當初是70年到香港，當時我唱粵曲，入不敷支，省吃儉用，繼續唱，唱了幾年都沒有起色，沒有知名度，當年很多出名的歌星去新加坡登台，新加坡不請我，說尹光不出名，後來水長流歌后甄秀儀小姐請我，私自給我兩百元美金，自從去過一次之後，新加坡每年請我好幾次，所以一個人最失意的時候不要放棄，多找一些工作，人家每天做十二個小時，我做十四、十六個也要去做，先熬過這個海嘯，所以大家記住，堅強地去面對這個金融海嘯。」
