消委會籲切勿單獨操作油壓床
消委會表示由07年到今年年中，接獲91宗有關油壓床的投訴。近6成涉及產品質素，包括床的氣壓棒及活動架設計及安裝等。 消委會表示，去年5月一名外籍家庭傭工，被發現困在油壓床內證實死亡，初步調查顯示，可能是整理油壓床下的衣物時被困。 消委會呼籲切勿單獨操作油壓床，應有他人在旁協助，亦不要讓長者或小童操作。如果購買油壓床，應留意氣壓棒的安裝是否穩固，並選擇有鎖定功能的氣壓棒。
