Mas dice que el 28N será la fecha del "cambio"
El presidente de CiU y candidato a presidir la Generalitat, Artur Mas, celebra que el presidente, José Montilla, haya anunciado la fecha de las elecciones para el 28 de noviembre, y considera que serán la oportunidad de llevar a Catalunya el cambio no sólo de gobierno, sino también de "estilo, proyecto y liderazgos".
