Be careful with pay per view channels, especially if you have kids. You press the OK button twice and you pay for the show. We’ve done it accidentally a couple of times but luckily Verizon was nice enough to remove it from our charges. The remote can be annoying. Sometimes it works fine, other times you're playing ping pong between trying to get the TV and cable box lights on at the same time. It can be frustrating. So watch your bill like a hawk to avoid unnecessary expenses. You never know if you bought some stupid show for $50 or if a glitch in the system causes your bill to double or triple. Happens to us on a regular basis. Its always wise to view your bill thoroughly and contact them immediately to fix the problem, because if you wait, they'll turn off service which costs an extra $30+ to turn back on. I must say of all the digital TV services we've had, Verizon is the best in terms of quality and support, however we constantly have problems with them and are calling them up almost on a weekly basis to address recurring issues.
