冬へ導く５０万個の光 札幌・ホワイトイルミネーション
札幌を彩る冬の風物詩「ホワイトイルミネーション」が２６日に開幕した。３０回目の今年は過去最多となる計約５０万個の電球を使用。北海道の雄大な川の流れを再現した「クリスタル・リバー」やクリスマス・ツリーのような様々な光のオブジェが、市民や観光客の目を楽しませた。 期間は主会場の大通公園が１月２日まで、駅前通りと南一条通りが２月１３日まで。点灯時間は午後４時半～同１０時半（１２月２３～２５日は午前０時まで）。
