宮城県石巻市の渡波小学校で３日、鳥取県の市民団体が被災者のために炊き出しを行い、ご当地グルメなどを振る舞った。地元の人気漫画「ゲゲゲの鬼太郎」のキャラクターも登場し、子どもたちと触れ合った。
