香港是美食之都,而電視台的飲食節目亦五花八門,歷來發掘了不少臥虎藏龍的廚界精英。最近,在收費頻道人氣急升的新紮女廚神張倩敏(Charmaine)就是當中佼佼者。蓄一頭清爽短髮,個性同樣爽朗直率的她,對美食的追求卻異常執著。吳家樂就請來這位視廚房為家的Charmaine,了解她踏上廚神之路的經過。 不經不覺主持飲食節目已經三個月的張倩敏(Charmaine),笑言最不習慣面對鏡頭教煮食。這天面對家樂,面前不見有工作台、煲、鑊等工具,也會立時緊張起來,拍攝煮食過程反而比預期中順利,一氣呵成無需「NG」。難得廚神駕臨,家樂當然要向她討教入廚小貼士,Charmaine指出,食材優劣並非廚師成敗關鍵,最重要是心思,原來不同的天氣配搭相應的食物又有意想不到的驚喜,到底有其麼竅門?留意Charmaine指點!與Charmaine談天總離不開美食與烹飪,為了解各種食材不惜踏破鐵鞋四海闖蕩,她的一腔熱誠教人感動。原來她早於8歲已有入廚經驗,兒時看書只看食譜,鍾愛美食數十年如一,但大學修讀的卻是政治學,她坦言畢業後暪着父母先斬後奏走進廚房學藝,最終如何說服雙親讓她達成心願?
