Mumbai observes 'No Honking' day
In a unique initiative to curb noise pollution, Mumbai Traffic Police observed a 'No Honking Day' on Monday wherein motorists were asked not to blow horns repeatedly on roads. The city police’s traffic department had decided to observe this day on the occasion of World Health Day as noise pollution impacts the health of the citizens.
