Public Record Saskatchewan’s Extraordinary FutureOn March 10th, 2011, in Regina, The Canada West Foundation organized an event entitled "Saskatchewan’s Extraordinary Future" to coincide with the think tank's 40th anniversary. Jim Dinning and Roger Gibbins from the Canada West Foundation addressed the audience and introduced a panel of experts consisting of Marty Klyne (Publisher, Regina Leader-Post), Janice MacKinnon (Professor of fiscal policy, University of Saskatchewan) and Ken Rasmussen (Associate Director, Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy). The panellists discussed a strategic vision for the province and the future of Western Canada.
