The Allahabad High Court on Thursday July 7 ordered the Uttar Pradesh government to submit all investigation details in the Sachan murder case The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad HC today hearing a fresh petition filed in the case demanding a CBI inquiry in made a very stringent observation saying that the people of the country hope for a free and transparent mechanism of investigation The court has also given the Governmen time till July 12 to file a status report in the developments of the case
