Vital Images (VTAL) announced today that it has signed a cooperation agreement with the Diagnostic Imaging business unit of Bayer Vital GmbH, a German company focusing on contrast agents for diagnostic imaging. The objective of the collaboration is to conduct joint activities to introduce radiologists in Germany to the combination of appropriate software and contrast agents. According to VTAL, the partnering with Bayer will help grow its global business and development activities. Shares are up 1.21% to $13.35.
