今集主持會為大家介紹一位熱愛中國廚藝的櫻井景子，櫻井小姐十年前由日本東京來香港發展，她鑽研中國廚藝的同時，亦對傳統的日本料理有一份堅持。櫻井小姐帶我們去一些由日本人主理的食肆，食盡日式家庭料理、天婦羅、壽司等，而食材與廚師均是從日本原裝入口，保證味道正宗。她更會為大家烹調一款簡單而健康有益的日式五目煲仔飯，暖烘烘的佳餚，很適合冬天食用。
