包致金姪女襲警案 鄧甘滿：警方會作內部檢討
警方刑事及保安處處長鄧甘滿在本台節目《星期六問責》表示，在包致金姪女襲警案中，警方以較輕的罪名起訴，並非因為事先知道被告會認罪。 他重申，辦案的警員認為提出檢控的罪名，已經足以反映案件的嚴重性，重申無論是以警隊條例63條、或侵犯人身條例第36條起訴，被告均有機會被監禁。 對於今次警方提控未有事先徵詢律政司意見，鄧甘滿解釋今次案情簡單，每日均有發生，無必要所有類似案件均徵詢律政司意見，但他承認會在今次事件後作內部檢討，亦會與律政司商討。
