UK divorce law shaken by supreme court
The British Supreme Court has ruled that prenuptial agreements are valid in the England and Wales in certain circumstances. It’s a decision which may lead to a change in the law, bringing England and Wales into line with most of the rest of Europe and the US and perhaps knocking London's position as the so-called "divorce capital of the world". Jane Croft, Law Courts Correspondent, talks to Anne Kay, a divorce lawyer at London law firm Boodle Hatfield.
