Thomas Keller is considered obne of the top 2 or 3 chefs in the United States.  His creations are simnply amazing. I have yet to dine at his French Launry in the Napa Valley as it’s going to be a $1000 tab for 2. However, we have dined at all his favourite San Francisco spots excepting for Quince. Most go there soon! I adore the Slanted Door, Michael Phams Vietnamese Cuisine of sofistication spot. Fabulous presentation, ambience (looking out at the SF Bay) in an ultra modern spacious room, sharing food and great wines can't be beat!!!
