Naperville/Joliet highest IL foreclosure rate
The Chicago-Naperville-Joliet metro area has the highest foreclosure rate in Illinois. A Realty Trac report says there were more than 63-thousand foreclosure filings from January through June. That\'s one in every 59 houses. It\'s also up thirty-percent from the same time period last year. Realy Trac attributes the increase to growing unemployment rather than to risky\rmortgages.\r\r\r
