LIVE - Teachers & Trust — Leave Mind Behind — Is Suffering Optional?
2011-07-08 1st journal, Mayan day 5 Rabbit or Star ♥ More discussion on this topic, here - Intro: So, who to trust and who not to trust - and when and why? What is trust? How is it useful to us? What are we reading when we look at trust? In other words, what does trust mean? What is it? “It depends” is of course a legitimate answer - but not so useful. Let’s pin it down a bit more. First, I speak only to those in heart right now. Trust and the mind is a whole other subject - one I don’t care to speak to or on. I don’t find it has solid enough meanings for me on that level - the level of mind. Too much variableness is present and possible. (Certain things, unanswerable on the level of mind, are fulfilled and answered wonderfully by simply being in heart.) When, however, I enter the realm of heart, things change significantly. The meanings of things change. How the whole world is put together - how my particular life is put together - changes, when perceived and / or lived from Heart. So, with that out of the way - in other words, be in heart - let’s proceed to look at trust. What is it? Is it solid or variable? If it changes, how will it change? Just what am I saying? Let’s look at a for instance - a Mooji, for instance - to make this practical. Do I take a teacher, in this case Mooji, and simply trust whatever he says or presents? Is that how this works? Or do we examine each thing that he says? What is trust? If he says 98 things that feel right to me, and 1 or 2 that don’t, what then? Do I walk away? What does that do to trust?
