モスクワ、「白タク」が抱える問題
8月25日 未登録のタクシー、いわゆる「白タク」がタクシーの約８割を占めるモスクワ。市民の欠かせない“足”にもなっている、その「白タク」がいまモスクワで問題になっている。そのようすをモスクワ支局・片野弘一記者が取材した。 モスクワ市内を走るたくさんの乗用車。実は、この中に白タクが紛れこんでいる。どうやって白タクを見つけるのか…方法は簡単。「乗りたい」と運転手にアピールすればいいのだ。
