Day 33: Legs & some back
Day 33 of Legs and Back started off on the right foot - with a 1 mile jog-turned-sprint on the treadmill. It instantly woke us up and got us breezing through our legs and back workout. Since we did focus on our back yesterday we did substituted all the back exerciese with reverse crunches and suspended knee lifts. All-in-all feeling good and think we may make that 1 mile run part of our usual warmup.
