British charity leaving wider impact on African people
Boebie Cassiem, South Africa coordinator, Balls To Poverty charity says when we’re out here, many, many kids participate in these games, they're on the field, they're playing and that takes them off the street. Where they used to be on the street and do bad things, they're now on the field and they are playing. When we leave here, we actually leave something behind, we leave the balls, we leave resources for them to carry on. Aside from improving football skills, the program by British charity Balls To Poverty is having a much wider impact on life in some of the poorest townships in Cape Town.
