全国にある宗像神社の一つ。見沼代用水西縁（江戸時代武蔵国の新田開発用に普請）沿いにあります。元は弁天神社で明治の神仏分離で宗像神社に。見沼七弁天の一つ。社殿内には琵琶の代わりにギターが奉納されていました。[ロケ地]さいたま市北区
