The best way to cater for the band at your wedding
If you hired a band for your reception, you’re going to want to keep them fed... if only to keep them happy and playing great music for your guests to dance the night away to. Just ask your caterer to set up a simple cold buffet that will provide them with sandwiches, salads, and drinks somewhere in the back, and you'll keep them fed... and keep your budget down. Cold buffet food for the band will cost you less than feeding each band member a catered wedding meal, and it will make their eating process quick and painless. You don't want the wedding band to stop playing music for an hour so they can chow down on food with your other guests... you're paying them to play music. So keep them fed, but do it for cheap... they'll be happy, and your guests will be happy because there will be music all night long. And besides, there is nothing worse than a hungry drummer at a wedding reception. It's a fact.
