米国の共和党・バックマン下院議員（５５）が２７日、来年の大統領選挙への出馬を正式に宣言した。バックマン議員は、去年の中間選挙で旋風を起こした保守派の市民運動「ティーパーティー」から強い支持を受け、共和党候補者レースで人気が急上昇している。
