Strauss-Kahn Case Not Dismissed, Prosecutor Says
Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. speaks at a news conference about his office’s investigation into the case against former International Monetary Fund chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn.   Strauss-Kahn, accused of sexually assaulting and attempting to rape a hotel maid in New York on May 14, was released on his own recognizance after prosecutors found evidence undermining the alleged victim's credibility.
