日本美食一向不乏支持者,除了壽司、拉麵,燒物也是極受歡迎的美食;今日的大廚嘉賓會炮製一道「豚肉生薑燒」。這款日式的傳統美食,雖然製法簡單,但若然欠缺廚師精心調製的醬料,亦會頓時失色。嘉賓大廚還特別改用最爽嫩的豬頸肉配以日本的紅薑絲,濃郁的薑味滲透豬頸肉內,令人垂涎三尺。今集的「煮角」是同樣喜愛日本美食的藝員姚浩政,他除會示範「招牌菜」-日式麻醬冷麵,更會分享他的入廚經驗。嘗過兩道惹味日本菜,換個口味,「今晚食乜餸」Annie會炮製一道清新爽甜的「金華火腿雞粒扒小棠菜」。
