日本美食一向不乏支持者，除了壽司、拉麵，燒物也是極受歡迎的美食；今日的大廚嘉賓會炮製一道「豚肉生薑燒」。這款日式的傳統美食，雖然製法簡單，但若然欠缺廚師精心調製的醬料，亦會頓時失色。嘉賓大廚還特別改用最爽嫩的豬頸肉配以日本的紅薑絲，濃郁的薑味滲透豬頸肉內，令人垂涎三尺。今集的「煮角」是同樣喜愛日本美食的藝員姚浩政，他除會示範「招牌菜」－日式麻醬冷麵，更會分享他的入廚經驗。嘗過兩道惹味日本菜，換個口味，「今晚食乜餸」Annie會炮製一道清新爽甜的「金華火腿雞粒扒小棠菜」。
