保安院 ストレステストの評価手法など提出
保安院は１５日、福島第一原発事故を受け、国内の原発の安全性を確認する「ストレステスト」の評価手法や実施計画を原子力安全委に提出した。２段階で評価され、点検中の原子炉は１次評価の結果次第で再稼働が可能となるが、あらためて２次評価が必要となる。
