Iraq stock market introduces new electronic tradings
Last month Iraq’s stock exchange introduced electronic trading, taking it one step towards modernity but with many leagues to go to rival other bourses. But 86 listed stocks continue to be traded manually in the time-honoured open outcry system. The new computerised system is sure to bring changes, that is what people hope. Moreover, brokers believe that the new easy and electronic system will draw attention of the foreign investors.
