陳卓敏：「照顧女兒的過程當中，十幾二十年，每個環節都充滿挑戰，就算帶她出去，有時候好也會衝出馬路，衝進店舖裡，或是沿途搶人家的東西吃，有時候自己的行為情緒怪叫，都會引來途人奇異的眼光，但是我不會因為好這樣引來別人奇異的眼光，就把她關在家裡，我希望我女兒活得有尊嚴，活得快樂，我要她和社區有聯繫，過一種常人過的生活，和我們常人一樣，我覺得她應該活得有尊嚴，所以即使她在街上有時再怎麼搗蛋，或是有一些行為，我完全接納。」
