財部：統一發票千萬獎金 不影響捐贈意願
統一發票最高獎金今年起調高到1000萬元，社福團體已經不只一次抗議影響收入，國民黨立委蔡正元舉行公聽會討論相關問題。財政部公布數據顯示，統一發票提高頭獎金額，79.6%的民眾認為不影響捐贈發票的意願，3.6%民眾因此更有意願捐發票。財政部次長曾銘宗說，當初是要鼓勵民眾索取統一發票，增加稅收，但陸續有社福團體抱怨，募到的發票數量變少、影響收入和運作。
