When we think about going to vacation Hawaii crosses our mind weather we can afford it or not. Hawaii is still regarded as the Paradise on Earth with its' miles-long beaches, great hotels, tropic climate and palm trees that make it a perfect getaway.  Hawaii is the newest of the 50 States in the United States of America and consists of houndreds of islands with the biggest called the Big Island. The capital city of the State of Hawaii is Honolulu. Honolulu lies on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. The population of this town is about 380,000 people but in the whole metropolis area there are some 910,000 inhabitants. The name Honolulu means 'Place of shelter' or 'Sheltered bay' which is sort of ironic because on December, 7 1941 Japan attacked United States not too far from 'Place of shelter'. Some information exist that Polynesian migrants occupied this area back in the 12th century but these are just oral claims and not actual facts. In 1795 first foreginer sets his foot on this island. His name was William Brown of Great Britain. The position of Oahu island is in the tropics thus making it an ideal place to travel to year-round with avarage temperatures of 27-32 degrees Celsius or 80-89 degrees Fahrenheit.
