In Part 3 of The Check In Episode 2, trainer and health and fitness Guru Larysa Didio explains to Keila the power of the portion control in planning a health lifstye and diet program. Larysa starts slow by challenging Keila to change her first meal of the day — breakfast.  Larysa explain Keila continues My BMI is 24.7, indicating that my weight is in the overweight category (between 25 and 29.9) for adults of my height. People who are overweight are considered to be "at increased risk" of developing chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol.  That is why it is advice that anyone who is overweight should try to avoid gaining additional weight and also consider losing weight. Even a small weight loss (just 10% of your current weight) may help lower the risk of disease.
