８ｍの津波に対応…福島第一原発に防潮堤
東京電力は１日、福島第一原発に設置した防潮堤の写真を公開。石などを入れた金網を積み上げ、８メートルの津波に耐えられるという。一方、汚染水の浄化システムで単純ミスによるトラブルが相次いでいるため、作業員向けのマニュアルを改訂する方針。
