U.S. House Passes Antispyware Bill
In their third attempt to execute a federal law geared specifically at spyware, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Internet Spyware Prevention Act. This bill will enforce criminal penalties of fines and up to five years in jail on anyone who intentionally allows software to be copied.
