原発推進の上関町長「真意がわからない」
山口・二井知事が上関原発建設に向けた海の埋め立て免許の延長を認めない方針を示したことを受け、原発を中心とする町づくりを進めてきた地元・上関町の柏原町長は２７日、「真意がわからない。皆さんの暮らしをどう支えたらいいのか、頭が痛い」と述べた。
